Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact

Any item returned without meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return & Exchange Processing Fee

International Orders
